Warranty & Returns

We want you to feel confident when buying a vintage watch from The Keenan Collection. Every watch is carefully inspected before being offered for sale, but due to the age and nature of vintage timepieces, they should not be expected to perform in the same way as a modern watch.

30-Day Mechanical Warranty

Every watch purchased from The Keenan Collection comes with a 30-day mechanical warranty from the date of delivery.

If your watch develops a mechanical fault during this period which prevents it from functioning as described, please contact us and we will arrange for the watch to be inspected.

Where the fault is covered by our warranty, we will arrange an appropriate repair at no cost to you.

Our mechanical warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage or misuse
Water or moisture damage
Damage caused by magnetism
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic deterioration
Straps, bracelets, clasps, crystals or other external components
Variations in timekeeping or power reserve that are reasonable for a vintage watch
Damage resulting from the watch being opened, repaired or serviced by a third party

Unless specifically stated in the individual listing, our vintage watches are not sold as water resistant and we strongly recommend keeping them away from water.

Returns

If you purchase a watch online and change your mind, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.

The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with any boxes, papers, accessories or other items supplied with it.

Once the watch has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

Vintage Watches

Part of the appeal of a vintage watch is its history. Signs of age, previous polishing, replacement components, patina and other imperfections may therefore be present.

We make every effort to photograph and describe each watch accurately and highlight notable wear or characteristics in the individual listing.

Mechanical vintage watches can also vary in accuracy and performance. Unless we specifically state otherwise, we do not guarantee a particular daily accuracy or power reserve.
